September's monthly lecture will take place on Friday 16th September 2016 at 9.15pm
Wendy Northway, the Seasearch Coordinator NW England, will be speaking about the work of The Marine Conservation Society & Sea Search.
There are exciting opportunities for us to extend our diving experiences and contribute to the conservation of the underwater environment by joining in with the work of the MCS in mapping the UK seascape.
Several club members met with Wendy at the Great Northern Dive Show earlier this year and she will come to give us a free talk about the work of MCS, Sea Search and how we can join in.
As Wendy is travelling a considerable distance, and there is no charge for this talk, it would be good to have a big turnout to show our hospitality and appreciation. It is also a hot supper night, so we can enjoy our supper whilst listening to the talk.
Please put this date in your diary.
